Kyosuke Watanabe (the “Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) establishes this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) as follows regarding the handling of user information in the iOS application “Ritsu” provided by the Provider (the “App”).
In providing the App, the Provider respects users’ privacy and appropriately handles the information it obtains within the scope necessary for providing the App.

As a general rule, such information is stored on the user’s device.
The App may use External APIs or other third-party services to search, obtain, or display book information.
In such cases, search keywords, ISBNs, book titles, author names, and other information necessary for searches entered by users may be sent to External API providers for the purpose of searching or obtaining book information.
In addition, the App may obtain information related to books, including book titles, author names, publishers, publication dates, ISBNs, cover images, descriptions, and other book-related information through External APIs, and may display or store such information within the App.
For the purpose of confirming the purchase status of Premium Plans, restoring purchases, managing subscriptions, and providing other functions of the App, the Provider may collect purchase information, subscription status, transaction-related identifiers, and other information necessary for billing management, or handle such information through external services.
The App may display advertisements to users of the Free Plan.
